Please give us at least 24 hours notice when cancelling your appointment so that your time slot can be given to another client.
Please call us and let us know if you are running late. Unfortunately, if you are more than 5 minutes late and another client is booked directly after you we are unable to honour your appointment. If missed appointments or late arrivals persist, then we will take a non-refundable deposit for any future bookings.
